We are seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our clients receive an outstanding experience at every visit. This role is ideal for an organised, motivated, and professional individual with a passion for aesthetics, customer service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth and efficient daily running of the clinic
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and administrative workflows via the Pabau booking system
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent client journey from consultation to follow-up
- Support and coordinate with practitioners and front-of-house staff
- Maintain accurate financial, stock, and operational records
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, confidentiality, and regulatory standards
- Uphold the clinic's ethos, brand standards, and service excellence
- Assist with marketing, social media, and client retention initiatives
- Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clinic management or administrative role within an aesthetic, medical, or luxury service environment
- Strong knowledge of booking systems (Pabau experience preferred)
- Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Polished, professional demeanour with a strong client service focus
- Understanding of GDPR, confidentiality, and CQC compliance standards
- Ability to lead, support, and motivate a small team
- Confident working independently and collaboratively

We are now seeking a talented and passionate Aesthetic Practitioner to join our expert team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to work independently within a high-end, supportive clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and design personalised treatment plans
- Deliver a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including:
- Anti-wrinkle injections (neuromodulators)
- Dermal fillers
- Skin boosters and hydration injectables
- HydraFacial, microneedling, and chemical peels
- Laser skin rejuvenation and tightening therapies
- Provide clear treatment explanations, aftercare advice, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with GDPR standards
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience
- Uphold the clinic's ethos of safety, excellence, and natural-looking results
Requirements:
- Qualified and registered NMC/GMC/GDC professional, Nurse Prescriber, or holder of a recognised Level 3, Level 5, or Level 7 aesthetics qualification
- Proven experience performing aesthetic injectables and/or advanced skin treatments
- Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong focus on client safety, satisfaction, and ethical practice
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinic culture
