Accessibility at Our Clinic

Our clinic, located on The Broadway in Leigh-on-Sea, is situated on a single floor and provides wheelchair access for patients.

We have doorways wide enough (over 850mm) to accommodate wheelchair users. An accessible restroom is also available on-site.

Support for Visually Impaired Patients

For patients with visual impairments, we can provide an escorted tour of the public areas of the clinic upon request to help familiarise you with the layout and facilities.

Language and Communication Support

Where required, translation services can be arranged to assist patients whose first language is not English.

For patients who prefer or require additional support, please refer to our Chaperone Policy for information on having a friend, family member, or staff member accompany you during your appointment.

In the unlikely event of an emergency or if our premises become inaccessible, we will offer virtual consultations where appropriate.
