At M.K. Aesthetic Clinic, we value your time and ours.

To ensure we can offer appointments to all clients efficiently, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

48-Hour Notice

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, a late cancellation fee will apply.

Although most consultations are complimentary, a £50 late cancellation fee will be charged for missed or rescheduled appointments within 48 hours to cover practitioner time and reserved booking slots.

Monday Appointments

For appointments scheduled on a Monday, if you need to cancel, please ensure you email us at @mkaestheticclinic@gmail.com or leave a voicemail before the 48-hour window.

Messages received outside business hours will still be honoured if sent in time.

Repeated Late Cancellations

If cancellations or reschedules occur on three or more consecutive occasions within the 48-hour period, a non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure future appointments.

This fee can be redeemed against treatments but is non-refundable in the event of further cancellations or reschedules within the policy window.
